Return Policy

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.
Please note: Opened, damaged, or non-originally packaged food products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

How to return a product:
Send an email to info@speckbox.it to request a return. We will provide you with all necessary instructions for the return process.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 7 business days to the original payment method used during checkout.
